Refund & cancellation policy

This policy covers manual INR purchases of prepaid Truffl credit units through Razorpay Checkout. It does not replace a separately signed Order Form or applicable legal rights.

Before payment

Review the credit units, INR price, applicable GST and final payable total shown in your workspace before continuing to Razorpay. You may leave checkout before completing payment. No recurring subscription or automatic recharge is attached to this manual credit purchase.

Digital delivery and cancellation

Credit units are added to the purchasing workspace after verified payment capture. No physical product is shipped. Before payment, you may leave checkout; after payment, contact support for a cancellation or refund review. See our digital delivery policy.

Requesting a refund

Send a request to as@trufflinnovations.in with your workspace, purchase reference, purchase date and reason. We assess requests case by case, including whether credits have been used and the payment status. A request does not guarantee approval. We will respond within seven business days of receiving your request, including if we need more information.

After approval

For an approved request, Truffl will initiate the refund through Razorpay within seven business days after approval, to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the money appears. Corresponding credit units may be adjusted so a refunded purchase is not also available to spend.

Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged but the workspace has not confirmed your credits, please check the purchase status in Billing before trying again, then contact support with the purchase reference. We will investigate the provider payment and credit record. Do not share a card number, CVV, password or one-time code.
