Digital delivery policy

This policy covers manual INR purchases of prepaid Truffl credit units for an authorised workspace. These are digital credits. No physical product is shipped.

How delivery works

After Truffl verifies payment capture, the purchased credit units are added to the purchasing workspace. A browser success screen alone does not confirm delivery. The workspace Billing view shows the purchase and credit status.

If credits are delayed

If payment appears successful but credits are not shown, check Billing before paying again. Email as@trufflinnovations.in with the workspace and purchase reference. We will investigate the provider payment and credit record. Do not send card details, passwords or one-time codes.

Cancellations and refunds

You may leave checkout before completing payment. For a payment already made, read our refund and cancellation policy to request a case-by-case review and see the response and refund initiation timelines.
