Manual INR credit purchases.
Eligible workspace administrators can add prepaid Truffl credit units through Razorpay Checkout when purchasing is enabled. There is no automatic recharge or recurring plan in this initial credit flow.

Custom purchases: ₹1,000–₹50,000 before GST (₹1,180–₹59,000 including 18% domestic GST). Review the calculated GST and final payable total in your workspace before continuing to Razorpay.
A credit unit is a prepaid unit recorded in your workspace balance, not a fixed number of call minutes. Service pricing uses metered usage at configuration-specific estimates derived from published provider rates, plus a Truffl platform charge of ₹1 per minute, before GST. USD rates use a published daily exchange rate fixed when the call is admitted. Phone legs are charged separately using the applicable carrier billing increment. Carrier charges can apply to a connected leg even if bot setup fails; no platform-time charge applies when Truffl service never starts. View your workspace’s Service rates before starting a call.
These are manual, one-time purchases. There is no recurring subscription or automatic recharge in this flow.
